What type of information do you collect?
We collect only the following personally identifiable information when voluntarily submitted by our visitors: (1) your full name, and (2) your email address. We do not collect passwords, payment card information, purchase history, or other sensitive personal data directly. Please note that our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which may independently collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and session information in accordance with Wix’s own privacy policy. Additionally, Google Analytics, which we use for website analytics, may collect non-personally identifiable usage data. These third-party data practices are governed by their respective privacy policies and are not controlled by 808 TRACT Magazine.
How do you collect information?
When you voluntarily engage with our website, such as by signing up for our newsletter, submitting a contact form, or creating an account, we collect the personal information you provide, specifically your full name and email address. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides us with the infrastructure to operate our online presence. Personal information you provide to us (your full name and email address) may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage systems and databases on secure servers protected by a firewall. We do not operate our own data servers. 808 TRACT Magazine has executed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Wix.com, which governs the terms under which Wix processes personal data on our behalf in compliance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR. Additionally, we use Constant Contact, an email marketing and audience management platform, to store, process, and communicate with subscribers. As a partner integrated within the Wix ecosystem, Constant Contact may receive and retain the personal information you submit to us (your full name and email address) for the purpose of delivering newsletters and other communications on our behalf. We use Constant Contact’s tools to segment our subscriber audience in order to send relevant and targeted communications; this segmentation is based solely on information you have provided to us and does not involve the purchase or acquisition of data from third-party sources. 808 TRACT Magazine has executed a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Constant Contact, which governs the terms under which Constant Contact processes personal data on our behalf in compliance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR. Personal information processed through Constant Contact is governed by Constant Contact’s privacy policy, available at www.constantcontact.com/legal/privacy-statement. 808 TRACT Magazine does not authorize Constant Contact to use your personal information for any purpose other than facilitating communications on our behalf.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you in compliance with applicable law. For these purposes we may contact you via email or postal mail.
It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using our website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our data practices.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Data

Data Retention

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your information from our active records within 45 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
